Recently got married here. Let's just say this hall is very elegant on the inside and out. The staff is very willing to work with you. Dealing with miss sims was a pleasure and she made everything easy. Jimmy the owner was awesome! Went above and beyond before the wedding, on the wedding day, and even after! A week after the wedding I received a card from jimmy wishing my wife and I the best of luck. Did I mention the food... AMAZING. If you are getting hitched and you are looking for a venue please just stop by and see the staff. And remember what you pay for is what you get. You won't be disappointed.

Hosted our annual Fashion Show and Appreciation day at The Palazzo! As always we were treated like kings and queens. The service was amazing and the staff bent over backwards to meet our every need. The food was fab! The venue is so beautiful! i would not have our event anywhere else! Keep it up Palazzo peeps!

I have suffered from a food allergy for years. I stick to only what I'm told I can eat. I am very sick at a wedding here. The staff acted like knew what they were doing. I spoke to owner himself when I arrived. Now I will be sick for days. The speciality foods they did have they ran out of. I will think twice about coming to any event here, and would not recommend this to anyone

Had our wedding reception here back in 2010 and everything about it was great. Dominic, Jimmy & the rest of the staff were very accommodating and did a great job from start to finish. I have attended many other events here and it continues to improve and be competitive. I would recommend this facility.

I recently had my wedding reception at Palazzo grande. My husband and I were more than pleased with their service, food, and facility capabilities and amenities. I personally loved going to Da Francesco for the food tasting since the food is cooked by the same chefs...deliciously authentic Italian cuisine. Also, I cherished having my own bridal suite with a lounge and personal bathroom. There are only 2 suites so if you book early enough you can have dibs! The owners and office staff were very accommodating and the service staff on the night of were professional and kind. We couldn't have dreamed of a better venue for our reception!

I loved having our wedding reception here!!! Would attend another wedding here for sure. Jimmy is amazing, the owner, he is hands on and that is what you want when you are stressing over every detail. Lindsey is the coordinator, she did a splendid job. I asked for butterflied filet with mushrooms and au jus, chicken mama asunta with a white wine butter sauce and artichokes... amazing, we had a spectacular meal. They accomodated every wish and never told me no. Here's the kicker...They met my budget and they had no idea what it was. I had already been quoted at 4 country clubs: Twin Lakes, Great Oaks, Glacier Club and Indianwood. Palazzo was the only place willing to give me everything I asked for without gouging me. It is a beautiful hall, modern and traditional and absolutely perfect for a classic Italian wedding on a tiny budget. Did I already say...the food was AMAZING!!! The location is perfect for blending 2 families from the East and West side of the area. We asked them to give us time between each course, so our guests could chat and eat like Italians :) I have nothing negative to say. They earned this 5 * review!

Attended a wedding reception here. It's a very beautiful hall with spacious rooms, hallways, foyer area and restrooms. All employees were very nice and attentive. They wear white gloves with their uniforms which gives it an extra classy look. The food was very good, my favorite was the Chicken Marsala with lemon and mushroom sauce. The dinner rolls were like crack! I would have loved to have given them 5 stars, but they pick up the food too quickly. I don't know if they thought everyone at our table was (or should be) on a diet, but we had to ask for them not to take plates away a few times and other times had to ask for more food to be brought out because it was already taken off of the table. Note to management: Drunk folks wanna eat! ;)
